Letting Services – Supervision – Maintenance

This package includes all the services of Package 1 plus the following:

  • Inspection of the property every 3 months
  • Report on the condition of your property by updating your online personal account
  • Collecting and transferring the rent to your bank account.
  • Dealing imminently with any rent payment arrears
  • Informing immediately our legal consultants in case of any contract breach to assume legal action.
  • Representing you at any public authorities and utility suppliers
  • Representing you at the General Assembly of the co-owners if your property belongs to a co-ownership of a block of flats
  • Dealing with any failures in the utility systems (electrical / plumbing) and various minor repairs of your property.
  • Dealing with any failures of the heating system and the water heating system of your property
  • Maintaining the air conditioning units of your property
